This year we had a lot of fun with Halloween. David had a great idea to dress the boys up as Thing 1 and Thing 2 from Cat in the Hat. Their costumes were super easy and very cheap which is definitely a plus for me. I made their hats with blue boas glued to a beanie. I just wrote Thing 1 and Thing 2 on an old white shirt with permanent marker and loosely stitched them onto onesies. The socks on them are actually mine that worked perfectly to cover their legs and keep them a little warm without taking away from their costume.
When we first tried the hats on the boys we had them sitting in their bumbos facing each other. We put the hats on and they just started giggling at one another, It was so funny to watch. We had a lot of fun visiting family showing off our cute babies. They had fun as well on their very first Halloween.
