February

February was an okay month I'd say. We spent a lot of time inside playing, jumping off the couch, building towers and wishing we could go outside to play. I got a haircut, visited family every once in a while in Tremonton, decorated for Valentines Day, and the boys and I got colds. I am pretty sure David got a cold as well but I don't have the picture evidence to prove it.
The boys really figured out how to get into things they shouldn't this winter, but I don't blame them. Being cooped up during the winter does make one a little bored so the boys spent a lot of time helping me. They loved helping me make goodies, vacuum, flush the toilet, and make messes.
We also found out that we were pregnant this month and that was pretty exciting, but David would not let me tell our family until the boys Birthday Party which was two months away. I have to tell you that, that was pretty hard especially going through sickness and not being able to really to talk to anyone about it.
So I can't remember too much more that might have happened so there you go.

January

In the winter months in Providence I try to keep the boys busy with playing, playing and more playing. That's a lot of what we do because we can't go outside and looking out our many windows at the snow. I try to stay busy with working out (most days), doing projects or playing with the boys. They are the best of buds and play so well together. I love when I am in the other room and I can hear them giggling at each other, it is the best sound in the world. So here are some pictures of my cuties.

Also my sister in law Tricia had a baby girl, Trinity Rose Buchanan, and I am proud to say that Rose was one of my suggestions for a middle name :)

Christmas 2012

I know I said I was going to start with January but I forgot about Christmas, so I am starting there.

Christmas is always a busy time, but I love it. It is my most favorite holiday of the year. I love seeing family, giving each other gifts, reflecting on Christ and enjoying the happiness that comes with it. This year we got to spend Christmas morning at Davids Moms and Step Dads house. It was very relaxed and the boys got to be our alarms. We woke up, hung out, ate breakfast and then opened presents. Different from my families tradition but good nonetheless. It was a lot more fun with the boys this year too. They loved opening presents and only really cared to do that part until there weren't anymore to unwrap, then they would go back to their gifts and play with their new toys. David and I always spoil each other so we had fun opening our presents too.
Later in the afternoon we headed to my parents house to open some more presents and spend a little time with them and my siblings. Both of our parents live in the same valley so we actually get to have three Christmas's every year.
I think one of the boys favorite things to do this year was rearrange the ornaments on the tree. Everyday they would play with it and show me different ones they could reach. They learned really well who Jesus and Santa Claus were as well and loved when we turned on our Christmas lights each night. Until next  year, Merry Christmas!! :)

Blogging Loser

I am a blogging loser. Period.

I haven't really blogged anything since last year. How sad is that?  I sit and look and read lots of blogs, but I don't ever bother to take the time to update my own and it is about time I do. I love taking pictures and I have thousands of my boys, and I would love to share every last one with you but I don't think blogger would like that very much. So I am going to choose some of what I have and update you a little on our life starting in January. I know that was forever ago, but like I said I have not blogged since December, so hold onto yours hats and get ready. :)
