Nick is Home

My brother Nick came home from Afghanistan on Saturday and it was a really cool experience to be able to see him fly in. It kind of gave me the chills watching the plane get closer and thinking that he is finally home. We dressed the boys in their Camo attire just for this occasion. :)It was fun to see all the family that was able to come. We got interviewed by the Standard Examiner but never actually made it into the article, oh well. We then went out to Chuk-A-Rama to eat which was yummy like always. It was a great day and Nick got an awesome homecoming once he reached Tremonton. He got a fire engine and police escort to my parents house and the neighborhood put flags up along the street and in my parents yard. They were all standing on the street cheering for Nick and waving their signs. We didn't witness it but we saw pictures and it was pretty awesome.
